Fusilli 300g×2bags 600g
Blue cheese (BLEE French)120g
1 Broccoli
A whole garlic
4 dried red pepper
4 large spoonful of olive oil
1 large spoonful of salt
A few shakes of pepper
A few shakes of AJI-NO-MOTO
How to make
- Stir-fry the 4 dried red pepper with salt by adding plentiful olive oil.
- Cut the broccoli into bite-sized pieces and drop into the and keep stir-frying.
- Get rid of the edges of the garlic and cut it into about 3㎜ and stir fry together with the pan.
- When you think the broccoli is about the right hardness, turn off the pan and check it with a folk by stabbing it. Take out the dried red peppers.
- Pour in abut 3Lof water with 1 large spoonful of salt and boil the Fusilli.
- Get rid of the wheat that floats to the surface.
- When the texture of the Fusilli turns a little hard than soft. take out half of the boiled Fusilli, without losing the heat but getting rid of the hot water at the same time.
- Put on the about 1㎝cut Blue cheese on the boiled Fusilli while it is still hot.
- Take out the other half of the boiled Fusilli by getting rid of the hot water and covering it above the Blue cheese.
- Stir and Mix up the Blue cheese and Fusilli quickly while the Fusilli is still hot.
- Make sure to get rid of the hot water at the same time.
- Mix the Fusilli with the stir-fried Broccoli and garlic.
- Add salt and pepper and other flavoring materials to adjust.
Point in check
It is said that the best ratio of Blue Cheese to Fusilli is about, 1:3 or1:4. However, strong mature cheese which has a significantly unique flavor such as Bavarian blue or Gorgonzola can be prepared with the ratio of 1:5,depending on what you like.
This time I regretted I should have used a little more French BLEE. Make sure to stir-fry the Broccoli until it is about the right texture. Not to hard or not to soft. Also melt the Blue cheese quickly, while the Fusilli still holds the heat by getting rid of the hot water at the same time.
Personal Comments
Make sure to stir fry the Broccoli until there is not a center core left in the texture. At the same time make sure it absorbs the flavor of the garlic and dried red pepper. The melted Blue Cheese and, Fusilli flavored with the use of garlic and dried red pepper creates a unique blend of taste. You can adjust the amount of material used every time to change and blend the flavor. All of the ingredients have a significantly sharp character on its own. By blending them, it creates a unique harmony that cannot be created on its own only. I am still struggling to find out the best ratio for the Fusilli and Blue cheese and adjusting the number of garlic and dried red pepper.
