セロリの葉っぱの炒め物

Stir-fried celery leaves. Cooking time Approximately 15minutes LEVEL☆★★★★

Ingredient2~3people

Celery leaves from 2 sticks

A packet of dry tuna flake

1 large spoon full of Soy Sause

2 large spoon of sesame oil

3to4 shakes of AJI-NO-MOTO flavoring material

A pinch of Salt and pepper

How to make

①Cut the celery leaves roughly into 3cm wide.

②Stir fry the celery leaves with 2 large spoon full of sesame oil. Add AJI-NO-MOTO flavoring material when doing so.

③Add a packet of dry tuna flake and continue stir-frying.

④Add 1 large spoon full of Soy Sause.

⑤Add salt and pepper and AJI-NO-MOTO to adjust.

Point in check

Celery leaves can be saved in the refrigerator for stir-frying, after making other recipes. Make sure not to add too much sesame oil, so that it does not get oily. Also. make sure to add only one large spoon full of soy sauce, so that it does not get too salty. Do not stir-fry the leaves too long to make sure the leaves do not shrink. Stir fry the leaves to make sure the texture is not hard, and add the tuna flakes quickly.

Do not stir fry too long and soy source salt pepper and AJI-NO-MOTO to adjust.

Personal Comments

Collect and store the celery leaves, and create a side order type of dish by adding easy to add seasonings. It is easy to store celery leaves in the refrigerator. Even the color of the leaves might change a little, it won’t affect the cooking. This is an easy recipe made out of celery leaves. As long as you don’t make it too salty, the simple taste created from soy source, tuna flake, sesame oil will match with plain rice, too.
