Ingredient
8 Green Chili
1 Onions
1 Potatoes
2 Apple
1 Box of butter
3 Carrot
1Box of yogurt
1 Beef suitable for curry (250g×6boxes)
Butter 150g
1 Tomato Can
How to make
1.Peal the skin of the onion and get rid of the center core. Chop the edge of the green peppers.
2.Grind them with garlic and ginger.
3.Add butter and stir fry them until it is tender. Add salt and pepper.
4.Get rid od the core of the apple and cut it into 4 pieces and put it them into a mixer. Add them to the
pan too to stir fry them.
5.Do the same with the tomato can and yogurt. Add them to the pan to stir fry them too.
6.Add water and boil them up. Get rid of the scum on the surface.
7.Peel the carrot skin and potato. Stir fry them together with mushroom and beef.
8.Add each one of them to the pan immediately after stir frying them.
9.Add curry powder after boiling the pan thoroughly.
10.Add the rest of the butter to make sure the curry is smooth, and ready to eat.
Point in check
When stir frying the vegetables, a lot of water comes out. Make sure not to add too much water when stir frying them. Meat should be heated thoroughly to make sure it does not get hard to eat. By getting rid of the scum on the surface, make sure the taste does not get ruined. Stir fry other ingrediencies in another frying pan. Each time make sure not to forget to get rid of the scum so that it will not ruin the taste. Check the taste of the curry frequently and add some curry powder if the taste is not strong enough. Finally, and some salt to adjust the taste.
Personal Comments
After stir frying the green chili, I thought the curry gets hot than you expected, and became significant. I realized it was adding a lot of butter that finally makes the curry tasty. I made sure that I did not stir fry the onions too long. At the same time, I| realized that there was too much water in the curry from the ingrediencies. So, I boiled down to get rid of the water. Also, make sure meat and other ingrediencies does not get too hard, after being overcooked. It was not easy to make sure meat is not hard, the curry does not include too much water, the ingrediencies do not become too hard, and at the same time it tastes good.
