French Toast: Good Morning!!
Cooking time Approximately 60minutes LEVEL☆☆☆★★
8 slices of sandwich laof
400cc of milk
1box of yogurt (400g)
50g of honey
Olive oil 1large spoonfull
How to make
① Break 3 eggs and mix them up.
② Add 400cc of milk and continue mixing.
③ Add a box of yogurt and keep on mixing.
④ Add 50cc of honey and keep on blending.
⑤ Pour the liquid into a tray.
⑥ Dip the 8 slices of bread into the liquid.
⑦ Pour 1large spoonfull of olive oil and toast the bread.
⑧ Turn it over.
⑨ Go through the same procedure for the 8 pieces and serve.

Quite often, liquid preparing for a French Toast is made by egg and milk only. By adding a little yogurt, the soft and springy texture changes into a little more moisturized texture. Because yogurt adds a little sour taste, I added honey to adjust the taste. When I tasted it, although the sour taste of the yogurt still remained a little, I thought it was a good idea to add honey. Some use brown sugar instead. When it is served you can add honey or brown sugar depending on whatever you like. In some cases, icing sugar is sprinkled to have the right look.
I l;ike the soft and springy texture of the French Toast. But I found it difficult not to make the first one or two alices too soft and very little remainig for the rest. By trying to use the same amount of the liquid I added yogurt to make the liquid a little more even. However by ding so, the yogurt made the taste sour. I added honey to adjust the taste, but in some cases brown sugar is better. Because the boiling point of the olive oil is low,make sure to toast quickly.It may not be as soft and springy as much as using butter.
