Celery Apple Yogurt Juice
Cooking time Approximately 15minutes LEVEL☆★★
Ingredient
1 stick of celery
2 small sized Apple
2 kiwi fruits
500ml Plain non-sugar Yogurt
(Will use a multipurpose juicer-mixer)
How to make
- Cut off the leaf part of the celery, and cut the rest into about 5㎜.
- Peal the skin of the kiwi fruit and out it into the mixer with the cut celery stem.
- Cut the apple into 4 and peal the skin and get rid of the core, and cut it into about 5㎜.
- Also, put the apple into the mixer, and mix.
- If the amount of the mixture is a little too much, mix up with a spoon to make sure the soft fruit reaches the bottom, and it becomes easy for the mixer to blend.
- Add plain yogurt and then mix the juice with the mixer.
Point in check
Make sure to cut the celery and kiwi fruit into small pieces to make it easy for the mixer to blend. Make sure to start from a soft fruit to make it easy to use the juicer-mixer. Haven the ingrediencies and try twice if the amount of the ingrediencies is too much. Make sure to add the yogurt finally, when the fruit and vegetable is already blended. Depending on the size of the mixer, change the amount of fruit and vegetable to use. Probably, putting the kiwi fruits at the bottom makes it easier to blend. Make sure to cut the apples into small pieces, before you put them in.
Personal Comments
It is a simple recipe cutting fruit and vegetable to mix it up with a multipurpose juicer-mixer. I purposely avoided using sugar or honey, and relied on the sweetness of the fruits. I also added plain yogurt only to make sure to rely on the taste of the ingrediencies only. Make sure not to put too much into the mixer. Also cut the fruit and vegetable into small pieces before mixing. Try mixing bit by bit if mixing it in one go is difficult. Apple and kiwi fruits creates a gentle flavor which is not too sweet.
