Point in check
I was worried if the 50g gelatin and 500cc water will mix up properly. So, I did this separately for 5 times. If you are confident to mix up the 500cc water and50g gelatin in one go, please do so. Added 15g×5times of sugar, together with the syrup from the orange can. It takes time to be set, so I used the refrigerator. To make sure the cooking bat goes into the regenerator in room temperature, I used the cooking bats to cool down the heat. It took about 30 minutes to do so.
Personal Comment
I worried if the taste of the wine will be too significant, but the syrup and 5 large spoonsful of sugar balanced it up. Although there was syrup, adding sugar didn’t make the jelly too sweet. I put the cooking but for one night. I was careful to wait for the cooking bat to be ready at a room temperature. The wine taste of the jelly was not too strong and not too sweet. The Orange and wine taste created a good blend.
