Stir-fried turnip and scallop with crab sauce

Fresh scallop 200g
Canned scallop small(55g)
Canned crab large(135g)
3 turnips without the stem
2 large spoon of dry chicken soup stock
Mix 2 large spoon of starch with 50cc water
2 large spoon of sesame oil
One tea spoon of salt
How to make
①Add the chicken soup stock into 500cc water until it simmers. Put the fresh scallop
into the boiling water for a short while and take everything out and save it into a bowl.
② Cut the turnip into 8pieces and stir fry with 2 large spoon full of sesame oil, until the color of the surface changes.
③Return the mixture of the bowl including the boiled scallop and soup into the pan.
④Put in the scallop can and boil up. Check the texture of the turnip with a folk.
⑤Add the canned crab to finish.
⑥ Add salt and pepper and other flavoring materials to adjust.
⑦Add starch to thicken the mixture.

Make sure to boil the fresh scallop for a short time to make sure it doe sot turn hard.
Add soup into the boiled scallop and remove the whole mixture. Stir fry turnip with sesame oil using the same pan. The stir-fried turnip will observe the flavor from the fresh scallop, chicken soup and the canned scallop. Make sure the turnip is about the right texture by checking it with a folk. Afterwards followed by starch for the thickness. The canned crab is added to sum up the whole taste. Finally, add salt pepper and AJI-NO-MOTO to adjust the taste. You can use more turnip than fresh scallops, if you prefer so. This time I used a generous amount of fresh scallop.
If this is not homemade cooking, you can use a lot more turnip or not use fresh scallop at all. Take out the main flavor out of the scallop can, and after making it stronger, adjust the taste by using a canned crab to add more flavor. It is good enough to taste turnip with scallop flavor, but it will be even better with canned crab.
Since the taste of the scallop is strengthened by boiling it, it does not cross with the taste of the crab. Make sure the turnip observes the taste of the scallop flavor.
