Point in check
Because carrots are vegetable made under the ground, make sure to boil them from cold water. On the other hand, broccoli is a vegetable made above the ground. Therefore, start boiling with boiled water. After stir frying them with onion, make sure the carrots and broccoli is not too hard or soft to eat and keep stir frying. While stir frying, I tried to blend it with aurora sauce, but the taste is quite light, so prepare a separate dish for the same sauce. Put on a lot of the sauce to eat. The sauce is good for other vegetables too such as asparagus.
Personal Comments
Make sure to boil the broccoli and carrots before stir frying them, because the texture is hard. Make sure not to boil them too much, because the minerals and tastes will all run out. When the color of the broccoli turns into a fresh green make sure to take it out and not boil it for more than a minute. When stir frying it was not easy to stir fry the vegetables not too hard or too soft. Finally, prepare a plate of aurora sauce separately. If you stir fry the vegetables with salt and pepper only, the taste of salt and pepper remains quite significantly, there for I used aurora sauce to stir frying, too.
