Ramen, soup made out of shrimp shell!!
Seafood all star Ramen, with prawn and scallop soup!!

Ingredient(4people)
8 Red prawn(Argentina)
Garlic 1(Whole)
8 Dry red hot pepper
2bags of black olives (No stone)
1bag of boiled clams
1bag of frozen squid
2 cans of scallops
3 large spoon of salad oil
3 large spoon of chicken soup
Cooking sake or white wine 100㏄
3L of water
1large spoon of basil
Salt:Moderate amount
Pepper:Moderate amount
Ajinomoto:Moderate amount
How to make
- Remove the back vein of the 8 prawns, and the shell.
- Put the head and the shell into the pan and stir fry with 3 large spoon of salad oil. Add 100㏄ of cooking sake or white wine.
- Strain the prawn with a kitchen paper and put the extract into another pan.
- Pour 3L of water to the extract and add 2 cans of scallop and boil the soup. Add 3 large spoon of chicken soup. When the soup is on the boil, skim the scum from the surface.
- Cut the edge of the garlic and cut it into 3 pieces. Add 8 dry hot chili peppers and stir fry it with 3 large spoon of salad oil.
- Together with the 8 prawns without the shell, add 2 bags of seafood, 1bag of boiled clams and 1bag of frozen squid and keep stir-frying.
- After removing the 8 dry hot chili peppers, add a 1large spoon of basil, and 2bags of black olives.
- Add salt and pepper and Ajinomoto to adjust the taste.
- Pour 1L of water in another pan and boil it to prepare for the ramen.
- Serve the soup and ramen and the fillings on the ramen boul.
Point in check
After removing the back vein from the prawns, remove the head and shell off the prawn to stir fry it with cooking sake and salad oil. Stain the prawn with a kitchen paper to take out the extract. Pouring water and scallop and chicken soup to boil it up. Get rid of the scum on the surface. When the ramen soup is ready, stir fry the seafood with garlic and dry hot peppers, and adjust the taste with basil. Prepare the ramen separately, to put the soup and fillings and ramen together. Check the soup and fillings frequently to make sure they blend properly.
Personal Comments
The soup created by the extract of the prawn shell and scallop can and chicken soup creates a clean taste. The filling made out of dry hot peppers, garlic and basil stir frying the seafood can be served for pasta. Add salt and pepper, Ajinomoto, basil to adjust the taste. Prepare the ramen separately. The combination of the filling and soup was a lot better than I expected. If you like it, it is possible to enjoy the filling and soup separately, too.
